Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags.

Any items returned with visible wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange or credit.

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
Send an email to support@titsandart.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for store credit or a full refund upon approval.

STARTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email support@titsandart.store with:

  • Full name & order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Whether you prefer store credit or exchange

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit unless the issue was our fault.
